  I had a treatment booked in a this clinic and the girls I interacted with at the front desk and the girl who did my appointment were absolutely incredible with customer service and knowledgeable too. My treatment was quick yet done very efficiently. I’ve had previous treatments at other clinics and always left with misses spots. However after just one session at LCA Adelaide I have seen my best results yet! So happy with the treatments and the costumer service, keep it up! I will definitely be coming back as a regular client :)

  I walked in a while back now to ask some questions about laser and other treatments spoke to the women on desk as I did not have an appointment and they were very very rude. I just want to know more information before I book so I figured I’d walk in and ask however did not except how blunt and rude I would be treated by receptionists!! I think because I didn’t have an appointment they didn’t want nothing to do with me. I’ve heard bad things before about this Laser Clinics but I wanted to give them a chance as they’re close to me but I think i’ll just stick to Silk

  I’ve gone to this clinic for every treatment I’ve booked and it’s always been a great experience. Super friendly staff and helpful. Would highly recommend.

  From my initial phone enquiry to booking and then my appointment I felt very comfortable with wonderful customer service I received. When I met Zara I knew I was in good hands and I was so happy with my treatment. I will definitely keep coming back.
